When i was younger (7-11yrs) people used to tell how great i was at sports and especially cricket. I'm Now 13, and i've gained quite a lot of weight in the last 2-3 years, i am still in okay condition, allright athlete but people keep coming up to me telling me how much weight i have put on, some even make fun out of me for a joke even the people i know really well. Cricket coaches come up to me ask what have you been eating lately,''pizza ,chips'', it gets really annoying, even my parents are starting to tell me im putting on weight.........I NEED HELP, i want to lose weight quick and have great abs, problem is i don't have enough time lately e.g. school, get dark early ( which means i can't go out jogging for long). I Want Solid Ice Cube Abs.

I Do Skipping In My Garden For About 10mins, i can't go jogging and after skipping i do atleast 500 sit-ups and 20 crunches, i have been eating quite poorly in the last several years, i think i have low metabolism..Height: 5'10 Weight:154 lbs

Honey ! good that u mentioned Ur age...
now think...
it took you 13 years to be where you are...
congratulations to you for taking a step towards choosing to change your lifestyle
but
you cant change 13 years of work in a few days or months..
so take it easy
do it the right way
do it in the safe way
joke......
you cant boil the hen so it would lay boiled eggs...
same way
and about the people making fun of you...?
well they dont deserve any appreciation. and neither do they deserve a moment in my thoughts..so inconsiderate..rather than motivating you they think they are giving you constructive criticism..?
do what the physical trainers say..
persistence and perseverance is the key
dont tell them your motive but let em watch
let their jaws drop by your example

all the best
you ll do it
send us a pic of your ice-cube abs.

A simple start is to do crunches more than once a day. Do 20 every morning and every night. When that doesn't seem enough, increase to 25, then 30, etc. That's an additional 5-10 minutes each day max. Also, if you're eating a lot of snacks, try switching them to fruit or vegetables. Altering your diet a little at a time is much easier than a crash diet and will last longer.

Keep snacks on you like carrots or complex carbs. Try to eat these snacks several times a day. Think about a fire...If we throw wood on it a whole bunch all at once we smother the fire out. If we don't put anything into it it slowly burns out. If we keep adding wood to the fire over a long period of time we keep a nice glowing fire. This is howyour motabolism works. Keep snacking on healthy things throughout the day to keep your body burning calories. Then keep doing what your doing with activities. It may start slow and you may not notice it but others will begin to. Good luck!

dont do your sit ups every day. all you are doing is continually breaking the muscles down and not allowing them to grow, by growing that is when you will start to see the first signs of a washboard stomach.
If yu need some fat burning tabs to help target your stomach then got www.myhealthabc.com they have some really good fat burning tablets and they also sell stuff to suppress your food cravings. If you have no energy then they can give you stuff to boost you up asweel as lose weight in the right areas.
They are pretty cool aswell.
My washboard is starting to appear after having not sen the light of day or over ten years!!
Good luck

Find a good exercise book. I would recomend Gut Busters by
Joyce L. Vedral. You can find it at amazon.com.

There is no quick way to get great abs. It all depends on how much you weigh and how much belly fat you have. For someone of weight, it takes 15 minutes per day for 12 weeks.

If you've been eating poorly, it's time to change that. The solution is not to stop eating because that will screw your metabolism. Trying eating much healthier. For breakfast try a fruit smoothie w/ toast. Lunch pb&j, yogurt, orange. I try to cut down on dinner but usually eat whaever my mom makes, just less of it. If you do that and contnue your regimen of crunches and sit ups, you should be fine.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting at the desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abs and your core, and provide you with one step closer to a flatter stomach.
