What are best ways to commute to work from Maui to Oahu?

Island Air, or Go Airlines, are probably the cheapest way to go. but you have to fly, unless you have a big canoe. They are planning to put a superferry, between Oahu and Maui, then you can bring your car. They have not figured out a way to put in a bridge yet, so really, you have to take the plane, Aloha.

I think your sole option is by air. There is no surface transportation (yet)
