Mass - tells you how much is actually in the package (g or oz. or lb)

Nutrition values: depending where you are in the world, this might be different. This tells you how many grams of fat, sugar, etc. are in the food, and usually tells what percent of the recommended daily value one serving contains. For example, you might get 10% of the amount of vitamin C you need from one serving of that food.

First is the number of servings in the container.
Serving size is given also.
Next is calories.
Then calories from fat.
Total fat, and whether it is saturated or trans fat.
Cholesterol
sodium
carbohydrates
sugars
protein
also minerals calcium,iron
and vitamins thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and folic acid(B vitamins)
and if other vitamins are there such as C or A
Also listed are total ingredients

The dietary listings are important to people watching their diets for any reason and the ingredients for anyone allergic to certain ingredients.
