First put the cursor in the table in Word, and go to Table|Select|Table (this will select the entire table). Then go to Table|Convert|Table to Text. It will give you some options for how you want to separate the information (with tabs, spaces, etc.). Choose one and hit OK and that should do it.
(I noticed another answer referenced just hiding the gridlines--if that is what you are trying to do, then it will work, but keep in mind that it is technically still a table...not sure what your goal is, but my answer will eliminate the table altogether, so be careful.)

While you are in excel you can go to "format" "general" and "hide grids." Then I believe if you copy and paste it into word it should show up without the table.
This is something you can also ask your help system and I think they will have a good explanation and instruction for you to follow.
Also, you can start a table in Word and after you fill it with what you want you can do the same thing as in Excel and "hide grids."
Good Luck

when you are pasting in word, click edit->paste special, adn you can choose several options. choosing unformatted text will strip any formatting from the text you are pasting in, this includes the graphs and any italics, bold, etc.
another thing you can do is paste into notepad, then re-copy and paste into word.
