Some of the home decorating magazines offer this capability on-line. Two that come to mind is Better Homes and Gardens and the other is Cottage Living. I am sure there are more on-line, just need to do a little search.
I used one of these sites and I certainly beats repainting after you paint!

Try Glidden, they have a program that allows you to put in digital picture of the room then paint it. I got the cd from either Lowes or Homedepot, can't remember which.

Also try Lowes or Home Depot online. They can give you links to sites like that. I visited one a while back. I think it was by a paint company to help you determine what color paint to pick.
