There is a cream called vaniqa. IT is primarily for the facial area. I have a friend though that uses it "other places". From what I have been told though, it is for unwanted facial hair. It takes 4-6 weeks. I would ask a dermatologist though.
There is laser therapy where they zap the hair out for good but that is definitely not cheap, plus it takes many treatments sometimes.

well no
but you can use bleaches and wax if you do wax you can ask your doctor for a creme that you can put on and it will reduce the hair that shows up.
if you don't want to do that go for laser hair removal ( yeah I know not cheap but its the only way to get what you want)
