I was trying to hang something from the roof and I was hammering it in and the tack broke and I can't get it stinking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using a pair of small tipped needle-nose pliers (about $5 - $8 at a hardware store), pinch as much of the part of the tack in the ceiling as possible, and squeezing the pliers as hard as you can, begin to pull straight down or opposite whatever way the tack went in - don't wiggle the pliers. You may need to try a few times if it doesn't come out the first time. Get pliers that have a slightly rippled grip on the inside surface - you don't want ones that are smooth inside where they grip.

Yes, I too would leave it in....but I would put some sort of 'sealant' over it so your roof doesn't leak.

You mentioned roof and ceiling..which was it? If it is just your ceiling...try a pair of needle nose pliers.

well im not there to see where in the roof it is at but i woild just hammere it in and this will not allow roof to leak plus put a toch of glue or sillicone on it
