No. your voicebox is responsible for your voice. Other than not being able to talk for a few days, you wil lbe back to normal in about a week. When you first start talking again you may notice a difference but that is from being swollen, when the swelling goes down you will have the very same voice as you have now.

I don't think so. My tonsils have been out since I was a kid, and my voice is perfectly normal. I don't think your tonsils even affect your vocal range. They act to filter out the bad stuff.

No your voice won't change, you will experiance less colds, sore throats & you should ask your doctor to look at removing you abnoids also to elimnate heath problems down the road . Had mine removed at 35 I have maybe 1 cold a year, down from constant sniffiling sneezing thru out the winter. good luck it does'nt hurt that bad they give you very good drugs lol

My friend had his removed at 35 years of age. No change in his voice, only less sore throats, etc.

i've heard it's quite complicated when you're older, getting your tonsils out. It wont change your voice.
Good luck tho with getting them out*

No, your tonsils are not responsible for your voice. You should have no voice change.
