yes you can. It is called eating a balanced meal filled with protein and high fiber leafy vegetables. Excerise and lift weights. If you want work for do not look for a quick fix.

Most people would instinctively go for the Steroids, but they cause brain alterations, and (in some cases) brain cancer.

Muscles are made up of protein. If you want to build muscle mass, exersize and eat lots of protein: yogurt, meat, cheeses, cottage cheese mixed with fruit, eggs, and so forth.

Health stores also sell protein powders that you can mix with milk for a quick breakfast shake. That'll help, too.

Don't expect results overnight! We live in a world where people want "instant" results, and that is why Steroids are so rampant. And that is why many young people are ruining their lives or bodies, or both. Steriods can cause broken bones because the bone's mass can't keep up with the new muscle growth and when the muscles contract beyond what the bone can handle, the bone breaks. This is very common with steriod users.

Good luck.

get the right nutrition into your system. you are still growing so be careful what you take . Get all natural formula stuff. Go to www.myhealthabc.com and they have really good products and its all targeted nutrition that will provide you with lots of protein/energy etc. Thye have something called bulk and muscle which will naturally make you bigger and stronger alongside working out. Don't try and take the easy/dumb way and get steroids or you'll wonder why you finish up with acney and no friends in six months time. Be smart, they people who run it are very friendly and will help you.
Good luck

Okay..don't know if you question was drug rellated or not...but steroids do NOT cause brain cancer..get a clue!
Just try doing some research on what a balnced diet is .
try some body building sites
What I believe you want to know about are nergy boosters like Rock star and red Bull? ...No they won't help you build muscle..but thay do give energy ( temperary) ... with the money you could spend each day on a Red bull you could buy a protien bar ..and other quality foods...many times people are low on energy from eating TOO MUCH sugar ....

I would wait, teenagers bodies are still deveoping, and at 14, you still have a few years to go. they dont just put 18 years or older for no reason, i know some boys who dont reach their full height till 17 or so, and the steriods and mucsle boosters can sometimes stunt growth and mess with development

First, coherently form a question, Second, ask it, double checking that it makes sense.

There is no magic pill to "get muscles and stuff" - (I guess stuff is... more muscles?) The way to get muscles (and stuff!) is proper diet and exercise. You don't need supplements, you need a healthy lifestyle and lots of exercise (and to pay attention in English class).

Everything that is not natural, has adverse side effects...concentrate on your spelling and grammar, and let the muscles develop thru exercise and healthy eating habits
