You can't. There's nothing you can do - NOTHING - that will influence where your body goes to pull fat reserves for energy. Nothing. Ask any nutritionist, any doctor, and trainer - they'll all tell you the same thing.

What you can do is firm and strengthen the muscle underneath the areas you're interested in, but be aware that the visual appearance may not change until you lose enough fat to see the muscle underneath! Or... if your regime actually adds muscle mass, it can make those areas actually larger.

Cardio, cardio cardio!!!

You have to exersize first thing in the morning as opposed to afternoons - you burn about 200% more fat if you exersize when you first wake up compared to before you go to sleep.

Try to do a 1 hour walk, 3 times a week.

It's kinda a mind over matter thing too. If you are stressed, it affects your body. Try not to focus on actual "weight loss" your focus instead should be on dropping a size in clothes (rather than constantly weighing yourself)

Doing weights training once or twice a week will improve muscle definition and reduce cellulite. Sometimes its good to concentrate on shape rather than size.

It doesn't matter too much "what" you eat. It's the quantity of food you are eating at a time. Instead of having 3 main meals a day, and 3 snacks in between. Just have about 5 or 6 snack sized meals of whatever you like. - but no carbs after 5pm.

Hope this helps.

well i've always had trouble learnig how to get formed hips. The best thing i did was start belly dancing lessons. It was uber fun and it helped me get great abs and shapley hips. If belly dancing is not a option, u can teach urself while watching a Shaikra music video.(Hips Don't Lie.) As for legs, running, clibming, and dancing really helps.

walking is the best way and use something to target the areas with unwanted fatty build up. If you dont know where to start then go to www.myhealthabc.com and they will help you out (and on a budget too). They have lots of weight loss/fat burning products, plus which they wont give you any sales pitch, they just ask you what you want and their stuff works.
They will even give you exercise tips if you want them.
Good luck

Running is the most effective, though walking, swimming, or biking are also highly effective. If you have access to a gym, I also recommend doing lower body weight training. Diet depends on your current build and health.

A good Diet along with lower body workouts will help. I take Kick-boxing, and that does wonders for my legs. Cardio Kickboxing and other forms of cardio that focus on your lower body will do wonders. Give it a try. =)
