What, you made chili and have leftovers? Man, that would never happen at my house - especially when there were teenagers living at home!
Kept at a temperature of forty degrees, chili should last a week in the fridge. But if you want to make enough for more than one meal - freeze the portion you're not going to use right away. It can be kept frozen for two months easily with no loss in flavor or texture.

a week if the beef was fresh when you cooked it. its should last a bit longer if you used lots of salt and a good heavy dose of spices but you really don't want to risk it. if the meat tastes a bit off then trust yourself and toss it.

I would keep it no longer than 3 days, if you freeze it the day that it is made or the day after you can keep it good for 6 months to a year
