Eat at McDonalds, Burgerking.. These guys cook in animal fat in many parts of the world. They provide junk food with fries, coke etc, excellent to put on weight. Don't forget your dunkin donuts and Ice Creams before going to bed. Chocolates in between.A lot of carbohydrates. Make sure you don't walk or excersise.Watch a lot of TV.Drink Alcohol and Beer with cheese.Replace drinking water with coke. If all this doesn't help in a months time, go & see a doctor. There might be some problem with your metabolism.

You could get tests done at your docs for your thyroids - these tests are free or you could just have a high metabolism just like me

I'm nearly 40 and only weigh 7 1/4 stone - I eat like a horse but can't gain weight

At the end of the day I am healthy and do not have any eating disorders

Why do you want to get fat? Do you mean just put weight on because you are thin?
Anyway, eat loads of carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, pasta etc) but make sure you maintain a balanced diet.
Do not pig out on fry ups etc because although they will help you gain weight you will get high cholesterol levels, same with too much sugar and diabetes/dental problems.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two units, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will get better results than a long function or swim.

Always have vegetables on side. Saute a big bag involving frozen mixed vegetables in coconut oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor and also separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

If that's really what you want, try various combinations of bread and cheese, including pizza. It's the cheese that really does it - but are you absolutely sure you want to add on lots of fat? It might not be good for general health, depending on your circumstances.

you can bulk up on high carb foods... not necessarily sugary foods either... breads, pasta, rice dishes... I imagine you have a reason for doing this... be careful. Gaining and losing weight quickly is harmful to your body.... if the secret to losing weight is eat less calories, exercise more... then I would guess gaining weight would be eat MORE calories and exercise less. But again... that whole yo-yo thing is bad for your heart!!!
