Hello the killer in me,

I don't know if you knew it or not but this is a Religion & Spirituality question and answer board.

Why are you here, if you are tired of people reading the bible at you? Thats what believers do!

well, i hear more about the other side and what is and is not fair for them as far as we can't say Christmas we can't pledge allegiance and now they want the commandments out of government buildings and off the money so if we don't read the Bible or have others read it to us then it's going to be a very sad and scary place that this world is going to. we are in the usa and there is that freedom thing that our troops are fighting for so if you don't like what you are hearing don't listen voice your opinion.

As a spiritual advisor, I get the Bible read/quoted to me all the time...never grow tired of it, although I don't always have an interpretation of what my client is saying, I don't shun them for stating their beliefs or quotes...

really?
Well I can't remember the last time someone 'Read the Bible at me' outside of church.
Sounds like a personal problem.
How long have you harbored this anger?

Lol people don't read the bible at me, they may quote or misquote it, but I feel for you if that's actually happening to you.

Unfortunately, christians don't get it. They think if they keep quoting it, they are "planting seeds" for their god.

no, but I do get tired of people misquoting the bible, and taking things out of context and trying to use it against my beliefs.

Proverbs 1:22-23:

22How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?

23Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.

Amen.

It's always amusing when I question the Bible and the can't/won't explain it to me, though.

(Watch me get Thumbs Down for saying that, hehe.)
