I think saying something like 'Your pretty'. Is a little too cute for me. I want to chram her or girls. How do i do it without acting like a player

Just listen to what she has to say and tell her what she wants to hear. Then wait for the moment where she pauses and looks at you all soppy and says something like "you really understand me" or " we are so on the same wavelength" etc and either say some something corny like "You are so beautiful xxxx" always use their name. Or just go for the kiss without saying anything.
It's just patience and timing dude you make them feel good enough about themselves they will be putty in your hands. It's all about them feeling good not you looking cool.

A sense of humor really works like a -charm.- A great personality always comes first. ALWAYS - even if looks seem to come into the picture somehow.
'You're pretty' isn't a bad thing to say as long as you couple it with sincerity. However, the girl may not be responsive to compliments, so you're right in being cautious.
Instead of USING pick-up lines, why not make fun of pick-up lines to get her attention? You know - be yourself and add a spice of difference to the way you approach her.
As long as you don't attack her like a piece of meat, you should be well-off.

Don't act like a player and she won't think you are. But when you say "I want to charm her OR girls" that statement makes me think you are a player and you just want advice to become a better player...

Well, first show interest on getting to know her before you sweet talk her and stuff once you notice she trusts you a little begin flirting slowly, have nice details, show her that you listen her but without being cheese and don't act to desperate because that's just pathetic and might seem like ig you want to get something too fast or too easily

Find out what the girl(s) like then use it against them to woo them if you have a place of your own and like to watch movies I would suggest you rent "The Notebook" every woman including myself loves this movie and I is something you might be able to get into your self. It will definately make her cry and when she does you will be there to comfort her and If you cry too then that shows that you can be sensitive too and women love that about a man!!

The second you start worrying about being a "player" you are one. Regular guys don't worry about that stuff. She'll let you know if she thinks you're a player and then you just tell her NO and continue to be yourself. If she doesn't buy it then she'll just give you massive headaches down the road.

My suggestion is to PAY ATTENTION to her. If you've heard her say she loves such and such..well then do something that relates.... EXAMPLE: Her favorite recording artist is Mr XYZ..well, then you make one of their songs ur ring tone...
Now if you're not that far into hangin out with her so much so that she wouldnt be around to hear your phone ring, well then still..listen to her..if she says her favorite candy bar is snickers..well then pick her up a snickers on your way next time to class or wherever you see her.....
Bottom Line: Compliments are nice, when not cheesy..and they are never a good way to pick up on a chick...we want to go out with men who have brains and not alterior motives and compliments give off alterior motive signs.

Be interested in every word she's saying. Women know when you're not really paying attention, so you need to be really into he conversation. Start a small conversation with her, and see where it goes. If the conversation doesn't get good by 5 min into it, you're doing something wrong.

As long as you arent "charming" several girls at the same time then they shouldnt think of you as a player.
Just be yourself, be real. Dont worry about lines or anything fake like that.
