I'm 27 and last night I went on an amazing first date with a 23 year old. We had an amazing time, we started off with dinner at 6, then went out for some drinks, then went to he rplace and talked until 1 am. I definately want to see her again, how soon should I wait to call her? She has a friend coming in from out of town at around 10-ish tonight and will be here until saturday. should I call her tonight before the company arrives or should I wait til sunday after the company leaves?

I was a wait and call kind of guy. Sometimes a day sometimes longer. Then one time I really liked a female and even though my friends all said wait, I called the next day. To make a long story short I kept on calling until I called everyday. Now we're married. Maybe you aren't necessarily looking for marriage, but I asked her about this topic. She said she liked that I called the next day and I wouldn't have had a chance if I hadn't. She says it's stupid of guys to think they should wait.Your lady may be different, but I think this may be the consensus.

If you just want to ask her if she wants to go on another date sometime after company leaves, you may be able to call when company is there. But if you would rather not, I would have to say that you should call afterwards, because calling only the day after your first date may seem a little rushed. It all depends on the kind of person she is. If she would be offended by calling so soon, then wait. If she wouldn't mind, go ahead! (Remember, I mean calling only if you want to ask her on another date. If it's just to say hi, then go ahead, call tonight!!!) Good luck!

Let me get this straight, you ou on a date with this girl, and when you went to her place, you talked until 1 a.m and then just went home?

It sounds like an opportunity mised if you ask me even though it was a first date, I 'm not sure if you'll get a chance like that with her again.

But, what's past is past and whatever impression you made on her whether it was good or bad, I cannot say, but if you want to call her, I would tell you to call her on Sunday. This will show that your not a needy guy

You should call her to thank her for a great time. Then when you guys finish talking about that then you let her know that you call her sometime next week to hang out or something and based on her answer you’ll know what’s up.

You should call her and see wha'ts up. See if she's busy or not because she has company over. Maybe by then you can offer and say that when she's not busy, you can go hang out again! =)

Have the courtesy to wait for company to leave, then call. She'll be appreciative.

Most people will tell you to at the very least, skip a day before calling her. I would tend to agree. Unfortunately, when someone throws themself in your direction, they become somewhat less appealing.

send her one rose. On the card write. "You're fantastic" It will be a surprise to her, plus her friend will get a thrill seeing her friend has someone who is interested in her. (it's a female thing so don't try to understand it) and then call when the friend leaves.

If you wait until saturday she may think you didn't have a good time last night. I wouldn't wait...
