you should drink aot of water.yes it is caused by vitamens but water is only solution

Flush your system with filtered water from the tap (or spring water--NOT "purified" water [it's nothing but filtered tap water--and sometimes not even filtered!]) or green tea (oolong tea or Japanese green tea).

I've been told its the vitamin that wasn't absorbed into your body and is being discarded

it might be from the iron , if there is any..or it could be the dye color they use on the pill..it's nothing to worry about , but if you are concerned talk to your doctor...
