Depends what you're scared of....

I'm scared of being home alone at night (I bought a cat), and something happening to people I love. However, I'm also scared of people touching my neck...

I know someone who's scared of cheese and onion crisps (don't ask)...

Fears are normal, and idiosyncratic. They make us interesting.

However if you're scared of lots and lots of stuff (as in EVERYTHING) then that's maybe not so normal.

Most people are afraid of something, no matter how old they are.

It can be anything, maybe something from when you were younger.

No matter how weird it can be, if you want to not be afraid of it, you should talk to your doctor or a councilor.

Better to deal with it now than let it eat you from the inside.
