Which type of guys girls prefer, quiet but not shy or those that talk a lot?

Both...We like a guy who CAN be quiet, is ok with silence, and listens, but can also carry on a good conversation. Talkative is ok, but the main thing is don't always be talking about yourself or the things you like to do! That gets old fast. But someone who never says anything is hard too... I'd say, for myself, someone who communicates well, but also is a very good listener, and is ok with silence at times. Honesty is the most important thing though. Don't try to be someone you're not. I'm sure there are girls who prefer guys who talk a lot, and some who prefer the quiet type.

guys that talk a lot but not too much. confidence is very attractive. you dont want a guy that you can't bring around your friends and be afraid he will just sit there in silence the whole time. but you dont really want a loud obnoxious guy either. so a happy medium

i like a guy who knows when it is a good time to talk and when it's an even better time to shut up. someone smart and motivated to do something with their life. So both of course, but there is a time and place.
