They will probably taste very dry, but hey! Don't get discouraged! The more you make banana bread, the less ingredients you will forget!!

I did this before...the breads will be a bit "gummy" and will not puff up or rise as banana bread usually does. So there goes for the texture...as far as taste, not so bad. It will be edible.

yes, egg are an emulsifying agent, forget about making the banana bread start over...

NEVER KNOW HOW SOMETHING WILL TURN OUT. I MAKE PUMPKIN PIE AND FORGOT TO ADD THE SUGAR. IT WASN'T BAD. THE COOL WHIP HELPED. THOUGHT I'D HAVE TO TOSS BUT WE ATE IT.

they'll be very heavy, crumbly and dry. a good dog treat though.
