No, it will give him diarrhea and could even make him seriously ill and kill him. I would just mix canned puppy food with water and add that to his dry food.

You should not give your puppy milk. They do not have the enzymes to digest cow's milk. It can cause severe diarrhea that could lead to death, especially in such a tiny puppy. Make sure you are using the same puppy food as the breeder. You are setting him up to be a very picky eater. Before you know it he will only want to eat table food. If he is hungry enough he will eat. I own a 3lb adult teacup poodle. He seemed to eat hardly at all when he was young. A tiny puppy doesn't need to eat much. Make sure that you are not giving treats. If you are he may be getting full on them. If it continues take him to your vet to make sure everything is ok.

You can, but it is not good for the dog. Cow's milk is hard to digest and is not good for them. At her age, the best would be to add something like Pet Botanics Lamb Log, grated, to her food, or get her something like Royal Canin "Baby Dog" which is a dry food that is a tiny kibble and very healthy.
You can also give your dog an occasional teaspoon of plain yogurt or Pumpkin Pie Filling mixed in a small portion of food or by itself.
Whenever you change a type of food, don't do it suddenly.
If you want to keep the type of food he is on, add a bit of warm water to a small portion and see how he likes that, when it is more of a mush.
Milk is not something the dog needs anymore and cow's milk is not like a dogs milk. Cows have more than one stomach to digest their food.
If you really want to add some milk for a bit, try "Just Born" or "Esbillac" from pet stores. Still, at his age, better not to add milk at all.
Run all this by your Vet.

whole cow milk is a little too fattening for puppies. i recommend puppy formula or non fat goats milk. its better for their delicate digestive systems.

It could upset his stomache. Puppy's need to eat puppy food & drink water. You can try a different food or add a little water to it. But he won't starve, when he gets hungary enough, he will eat it, he won't starve himself.

never give him milk just straight. it will give him the runs. try to heat up a tiny little bit and mix it with his food. also they make gravies that u can pour over the food to make it taste better. u can find them at ur local pet store for usually about three dollars.

milk can actually cause him to get an upset stomach, try switching dog food, or get a little bit of wet food and mix it in there.
