He SOOO likes you. I have lots of experience with these kinds of things(even if I haven't found the right guy yet) especially with my friends. Ask people on the outside. They can always see clearer than you can when you're inside. If he always looks at you., if he acts nervous, if he always tryes to sit next to you, that all means he likes you. The hardest part is getting up the courage to talk to him!

If you like, go for him to take the pressure off. It's obvious that he's terrified that you're going to think him a loser, and thus acts nervous. Tell him that you like him, and that will take ALL the pressure off and he'll start acting more calmly.

He really likes you. Its not just girls that get nervous.
If you like him and you have more of an oppurtunity to go up to him, go. Find a particular moment so you can just say something to break the ice. Many times its not about fear fo rejection, but just saying those first words.
