Is there any way to make my dog not be so damn hyper? She is half palmeranian (sp) and half American Eskimo (small dog) and she is always licking me and jumping around. She gets so excited that she pees in the floor. Anyway to fix that?

Exercise.

If there was a one word answer to this question it would be that one above, exercise. Your dog needs an outlet for its energy. Take it on a jog, play fetch with her until she is panting and shows signs of slowing. She need activity, toys, runs and the like.

ADDED: After reading a ridiculous answer I had to add this. Why would you give a dog tranquilizers when good sound sense will solve the problem? Drugs do not solve behavioral issues. What a silly, silly thing to suggest, even jokingly when a person is looking for a serious answer.

Several ways:
Treats, give her treats if she stays still for 1 minute then 2 3 ect.
Exercise: She needs to realsese all of that energy
Toys: Give her a toy that she will spend a few hours

For my dog (I learned this at a pet training camp) just rub her right behind the ears. Don't press too hard though it will hurt her!

Sure, get the dog some toys or an old shoe.
stuff animals or chew bones will calm the dog down.
make sure the dog has plenty of water all the time.

Get a laser pointer, get your dog to chase it for a while tell it's worn out, then the problem's solved without scary needles and tranquilazers

take her to the park and let her run. it is best if you can let her run off the leash. if i do that my dog is totally content when we get back and she just rests.

you have to be calm... it's feeding off your energy.

you're telling it to be a spaz, unconsciously.

and yeah, exercises too.
