Breakfast is the most important of the day because you are break ing from fasting all night frome sleeping.You have slept 8 hrs with nothing in your stomach,it,s time to refuel and fill up.If you don,t eat till noon then you,ve gone 13-14 hrs with no food.Do you see any logic to this at all.

I always wondered that too,and then I started eating a good breakfast daily and I feel so much better throughout the whole day!

Because it gives you the energy to get through the day, at least that's what people say.
I've been taught that lunch should be the biggest meal of the day, because you will burn most of your calories in the afternoon.

I was always told that it gets your metabolism going and you aren't thinking about food while your at work or in class you can focus more on the task at hand. When you are asleep your metabolism is in slow motion and breakfast kicks it up a notch.

because it starts your metabolism up for the day. It's like turning the car on.So not only do you have energy for the day you can eat more and not gain as much weight if you just ate say one meal a day.

for energy and to keep you from eating too many snacks through out the day. Its a good source of vitamins and nutrients if you are eating the right foods in the morning.

Because when you eat in the morning, the more likely you are to funtion better throughout the day as opposed to starting the day with an empt stomache.

It isn't reall is it.
I mean if it's 1:00 pm then Breakfast isn't important Lunch is.
Also if it's ramadan you can't eat it so really that statement is prejudiced against muslims and should be removed.

People think you can loose more wieght without breakfast but it is opposite!
Breakfast kick starts your matabolism... and gives you the energy to start your day correctly.
