I have a tattoo on my shoulder and one night.....?

Question

I have a tattoo on my shoulder of a crown and four stars representing my children and my own life. One night whilst i was sleeping I woke to a twitch in my right shoulder, I noticed a blue light flashing on the ceiling of my bedroom. My nerves twitched each time the blue light flashed. I thought it might of been the alarm clock but it has a green light and does not flash. As I looked to my shoulder I very briefly saw the blue light come through the cotton sheet from my right shoulder through the tattoo and then stopped immediately. The twitching still went on. Does anyone know what it is? I have no blue lights in my room or from the window and I have no reasonable doubt that it did come from the inside of my body.
