If you were given a special vile of liquid that would heal any baby with cancer, would you immediately go around the world curing babies? (Yes or No)....I know I would.

Do you REALLY believe that prayer can heal a baby with cancer? If so, then why don't you go to a childrens cancer ward and pray for a baby with cancer?

It makes no sense....If you REALLY TRULY believed that prayer can heal the sick, then what kind of selfish person does that make you for not at least TRYING to offer these magical prayers to help a suffering baby?

Bible References that clearly state prayer heals with no restrictions or exceptions ever stated: (Matthew 7:7, Matthew 17:20, Matthew 21:21, Mark 11:24, John 14:12-14, Matthew 18:19 and James 5:15-16)

I do pray for people with cancer; however unlike Christians I do not make any claims that my Gods are all-powerful, etc... No were in the Eddas does it say that the Aesir answer all prayers as it does in the bible with the Christian god.

Personaly, I don't think the Christian god pays much attention to most of his follower's, he could care less (if he even exists).

well I personally belive that prayer could help grown ups who would understand what a bible and a god is for they might feel stronger and feel that God would be helping them and so but I don't think it's rational to believe that prayer would help little helpless children , it's my personal view of this.

btw, I've read about this Lebanease lady who studies and treats with herbs and stuff and she has a hospital in Lebanon and she's treated many who suffered from cancer and said cancer is caused by feeding the body with something and it would disapear from the body simply by ridding the body from it...

Prayer does`nt heal,Jesus does the healing, prayer is communication with the savior. We communicate our desires to the lord, and ask for things, and if it`s his will he`ll do it, if not, who are we to judge?I`m sure gonna take a little time and pray for you, I really hope you will find someone to talk to about all this Try prayer, GOD LOVES YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Even when Jesus was here on earth he did not spend all his time healing the sick. You must understand that a soul is eternal and its destiny is first priority, life on earth and death come in between.

I most certainly pray for the physical and spiritual health of those who are ill, but ultimately the will is of Our Father. No one wants these bad things to happen, especially to innocents. We mourn for the loss, but God will take care of them.

God alone heals the sick.

Prayers only ask Him to do this.

Faith is what you need to believe in God. It is all you need to go to heaven. Faith is what Christianity is based on. Prayer is a personal talk with God. It is Gods decision whether to heal or not. We merely ask Him.
