Lately I have been eating one main meal a day (usually at noon) and eating small snacks, such as peanuts or fresh fruit whenever I get hungry. I have also been averaging 4 to 5 bottles of water a day. I am in desperate need to lose weight quickly for a friends wedding, but I dont want to be unhealthy about it and hurt my body in the process.

ok first off your breakfast is your most important meal. Also you would be better eating mini meals 5 or 6 times a day. that way your body won't feel like you are trying to starve it. The way you are doing it now , could cause your body to store food. Also the best way to loose weight is take your weight divide that in half and the number you come up with is how much water you should drink in a day to loose weight.. Good luck to you, but please becareful. you do it the wrong way , you will end up gaining it all back and sometimes more...

If you are snacking throughout the day it is harder to keep track of calories. What I would do is have 4 or 5 small meals where you count calories (carbs, whatever), so you know exactly how much you are eating. Plenty of water and excercise.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night
