so I was dating a guy for about a month and then he kinda freaked out on me and told me he couldn't see me anymore because he still had feelings for someone... I have started talking to him again, and he was supposed to hangout with me last night... although we had some stormy weather I thought he would at least call. I guess he did this morning... but I feel really excited to see him again. Should I take things slow? Not have expectations??

He ditched you for someone else. Is it possible that it didn't work out with that other person? Don't let this person take advantage of you. If he cared about you he wouldn't have left the first time, and then to not show up or call when you had plans... "he's just not that into you."

In my opinion, everyone deserves a second chance. Don't let his feelings for someone else get in the way. Make him forget she even exists- that is only if you are in this for something more than just a fling. If you believe something is there, that you can TRULY see yourself with him then give him that second chance. Besides, sometimes you need stormy weather and a new outlook to get over someone else.
