I've hit a plateau during my weight loss. What are some things that I can do to get over it. I'm already watching calories and working out 5 days a week (45 mins. cardio and 20 mins. strength training).

Help!

You might want to change your exercise routine if you've been doing the same thing for a while. Same thing goes for your diet.

If you "shock" your body by doing something different chances are you'll start losing again.
