My Choclate lab dog is in heat, and this morning i found alittle chihuahua mix male in my back yard, could they really do anything ?

Keep a very close eye on your girl. She should not be outside unsupervised while in heat. I would ask why she is not fixed because pretty much everyone I know who shows and breeds would have already known the answer to that question.

Yes they could mate, but it isn't very likely because it would take the female lying down for the male. I would defiantly be concerned, and I would keep her away from all male dogs. I know a lady that had a female Rottie and a small male Terrier mix that mated and produced 10 of the weirdest looking puppies that I have ever seen.

Yes.
We had a lab female and a mix breed male. The male was shaped like a wienie dog. Long and very low to the ground.
My lab would lay on her back to mate with him human style.
They had 13 of the cutest puppies ever.

I know for a fact they can. I knew someone that had a female shepherd that actually laid down for their chihuahua. They didn't think it could happen. They ended up with 7 really odd mutts.
