I use a Stawberry Margarita syrup (non alcoholic) cost about 3.99 a bottle at Walmart, 1 cup of syrup, 1 banana and ice cubes...the more ice cubs you use, the thicker the smoothie...they are to live for. Nice at party's too.

Put a couple of spoonfuls of ice cream, add some fruit(oranges for instance) with some orange juice into a blender..add some ice cubes...blend away* Mmmmmmmmmmmm Smoothie*
you could use blueberrys, strawberrys, bananas, sometimes I add a touch of honey*
You can even have....choc.ice cream, choc.sauce, some milk and a banana..add ice cubes..and blend away* Yummm*

Throw a handful of ice in a blender...cut up a banana and some strawberries and turn the blender on. Very healthy!

For mine I use
1 Scoop whey protien powder
1/2 cup non fat unflavored yogurt
8 large frozen strawberries
1 banana or several peach halves or some pineapple.
A little water as needed to make it thin enough to blend.
Blend until smooth

Ice, orange juice, 2 clementines(small oranges), yogurt, lemon juice, frozen cherries. Its really really good especially with the lemon juice in it! refreshing. frozen cherries are optional. it tastes the same with or without them.
