i've always heard of it being called a Jersey Turnpike... the same thing for when a bartender wipes the spills on the bar and wrings the rag into a shot glass.

if it were beer from the trays underneath the taps or a beer mat its called "slops". it could be put in a shot glass but you wouldn't want to drink it! thats what its called in ireland anyway.
