12 converted to US. women's sizes is Medium & 14 is Large.
At 16, I don't believe you need to be really concerned with sizes. Your body is still changing & sizes will probably change. As long as you're healthy, it doesn't matter. But if you've got a high body fat percentage at only 16 years of age, you need to consider a change in lifestyle: eating healthy food & exercising regularly (2-3times a week). Force yourself into healthy habbits now, because once you're an adult, it's difficult to change.

its shoes ...pronounced (shuz)...well what size is it in america??
if its 6, 7 or 8.....those are pretty good sizes...im 18 and use size 7
