I have read the whole thing and saw the movies that have came out. I love it all. Does anyone think that Left Behind is very accurate with the Bible?

I have and yes, it was as accurate as it could be. One-world government, currency, religion, etc...will all happen. Whether the "rapture" is pre, mid, or post-trib. is debatable. I didn't read anything unbiblical in the series.

The rapture is a false doctrine, and those who teach it are false teachers. Jesus told us He would return at the end of human history, not 1 1/2 times. Jesus said it would be like the days of Noah. The bad guys were taken away by the flood, not the other way around. In other words, the righteous were left behind. The Church is supposed to suffer, so how can it suffer if it is not here?
And why had no one ever made any mention of the rapture for 1800 years? There is no record or evidence of that teaching anywhere on the planet until John Darby invented it in the 1830's, so clearly it is a man-made sensationalist doctrine based on poor exegesis of one or two verses.

The books and movies have made a lot of money though.

these bible prophesies are weak, the author is also very unchristian in his approach to other religions in particular the catholic religion. judging the catholic church is very unchristian, you may not agree with the church but it is still a christian church. these series and movies are sadly making a fortune and misleading many christians astray. go to scripturecatholic.com,there is a rapture section that shows the 3 main concepts and zionism, it explains the biblical basis for these concepts, then you can decide whether or not you think the left behind series has any credibility.

The movie is pretty good, I never read the books because they look too long, anyhow the movie was awesome I think that is a good picture of how the world will end.

I have read the series too.Whether it is accurate to Bible prophecy or not is a matter of opinion.Pre-trib rapture believers (like Tim LaHaye) would say that it is accurate. But mid- or post-trib rapture believers would say that it isn't.

I've read it all and seen the movies. I don't think it is accurate, but makes for good fiction.
