Don't you dare go for it. If this kid is going to act a fool. Then you need to treat him like a fool. Ask him out, then stand him up, well actually that might be harsh, you better cancel on him through a text message. Then when he calls don't pick up. Wait for the second time for him to call to answer. Then make up some b.s. story about how you were to tired from parting with a bunch of friends from some other school. Just keep toying with the kid.
Here's my question for you how do you play with a kitten and a piece of string, treat him the same way.

hi girls mature faster than guys. You know how to express your feelings, he doesn't. he battling being a boy turning into a young man he may not be ready for a relationship. Take sometime alone with him and talk to him tell him how you feel about him and tell him you think he might feel the same way too. If the foolishness still persist move on to another guy. Maybe you need a guy SLIGHTLY older than you 15 or 16 someone who isn't so immature

He might, Many people say those are the signs that a guy is intrested. BUt in my personal opinon if you don't feel anything, then there probably isn't anything going on.
