Although my girlfriend and I have a very active and satisfying sex life, we hardly ever get a full night in just to ourselves with both of our parents out or without being disturbed by friends or commitments. We both think it'd be lovely just to get away from all the stress, just for one (or a few nights), and want to book into a hotel.
The problem is: we're both 17 until July when we will have finished college.
Can we book a hotel at this age; is it even legal?
We both look around 18. I get served down both my locals, and on the phone allegedly sound about 30 something…
Will we get I.D'ed? Can I pay over the phone (I only have a Visa Electron debit card)?
How successful am I likely to be in this Endeavour.
If I book on the phone, and turn up looking smart and respectable will there really be a problem?
Neither of us drive if that matters.
Thanks.

Well, I've never been I.D'ed for fags since I was about 13... maybe thats just Watford for you :) ha
I do remember my girl said she got a hotel with a bunch of youngens (all female) a few years back near Euston when she was about 15... So it's possible. Or maybe that was just luck.

As for being minors, over here in the UK we're over the age of consent (16). So it's entirely legal for us to be having intimate relations.
