I'v search the net, got a few answers on how to do this. but, i'm told to push 'i' , ok, service, ok on my remote, and the remote has none of these. anyone out there had this prob? or can suggest anything to help? please......... my poor 4yr old needs her half hour cartoons to settle her in bed.

look for a 'menu' button, then look for install or channel tuning...
on the control, you might need to press 2 buttons together and try different ones.... if you can scan the control and email me the picture, maybe, i can help you further x

Read her a story instead. It's good bonding time, encourages imagination and reading skills and better than just sticking her in front of a tv.
