Certainly, yes.
I had a major seizure in the summer and I don't recollect whole days before and after that, even though I was out cold for only half an hour.
Even if the seizures are so small you don't even notice them
(and therefore you think you're not having them at that exact time), they still cause you to forget things much easier.
Epilepsy medicine, like for example Lamictal or similar, normalises the activity of the brain (calms it down), so even the "good" stimuli, like stuff that you need to remember, gets dimmed down a little, thus making it easier for you to forget.

Ever since I've had epi and been taking the meds, I'm forgetful like an old granny. It's quite annoying time to time.
I'm solving this by having a HUGE notice board on the wall and using a lot of post-it notes with big red writing for the important stuff ;)

It sure can, even if you haven't had a seizure for a while, because the electrical activity in your brain is different. Another factor is anti-seizure medication, which can dim memory.
You can compensate by having notepads (pocket size) in your purse, by the phone, and your car, and writing things down before you forget.
There are watches on the market that can be set for an alarm to go off several times a day to remind you to take your medicine.
