I dont really to like blow dry my hair all the time... I just towel dry it and put it up.
Just case you need to know! becuase I know that using a blowdryer all the time damgages your hair. SO I dont think that that is the answer..... Please Help me. I dont want to go bald ( Over dramatic I know but at this rate it could happen)

I didnt really take the time to read all the other answers so someone might have already said this but stress, heat damage, not eating right and several other things could be the problem because mine done the same thing...even tho pantene is a well known store shampoo its been the best out of the hundereds of products ive tried..its got so many vitamins in it. also use something called hair placenta..u can get it at walmart too. it works great. keep lots of conditioner on it and dont pull it up so much..if its really thick with it being weighed down like that in the ponytail it can cause a lot to fall out too...

If a lot of hair is really coming out, you could try Garnier Fructis. That is supposed to make your hair stronger. Honestly though, it's probably fine. A person loses approximately 90 hairs each day, and girls lose even more because of all the brushing and styling. I have tons of hair coming out of my head and I'm not bald yet! In fact, my hair is still annoyingly thick. If you have long hair, it may look like more hair is falling out because it is all curled up. Don't worry!

first determine if your hair is naturally shedding or if it is caused by breakage. If it is breaking, you will have little stubs of new growth in the scalp or a lot of breakage where a pony tail is usually gathered. If it is natural- you can't see where the hair came from. Stores usually carry shampoo to strenthen your hair. Do not blow dry daily or use curling irons every day.

Don't worry about it. The issue is not that your hair isn't strong enough. It's perfectly normal to loose hair everyday, so don't stress yourself out about it. The factors that cause exessive hair loss are:
-stress
-malnurishment< due to anorexia/ unhealthy diet
-hormonal changes (which is perfectly healthy & expected in teenagers)
You've most likely freaked yourself out & the stress is building up & possibly causing some exessive hair loss.
Do yourself a favor & stop worrying about it. If it continues to bother you then go see a doctor. They know more than we do.

..dead hair...your hair is already dead any ways.

but yes. heating it will hurt it. as well as coloring it.

and putting it up in the towel..like wraping it up..thats bad too. it somehow weakens your hait. and also as a double negative it makes hair frizzy, just towel squeeze your hair. but some defrizz in it. and let it air dry..unless its some big event or something.

and i suggest that Garnier Frutis Strong and Smooth [ithink] hair shampoo and conditionar as well.

good luck.

Well thats natural. It happens all the time to me and basically everyone I know.

If you want you could get some prescripted shampoos.
That might help :)

well with you hair falling out, it's natural. it just means that your old hair is going and new hair is coming! Well i dont know about something to make your hair stronger but that just means that you have thin hair!

Yea, thats sounds preety normal. Most people loose 100 hairs today, then grow them back.
