I've never been a person with a lot of headaches. I've always had them very rarely. but lately, for about a month or two, I have had very painful ones. When they occur they seem to happen in concentrated areas of my head, like in the back or in one area up front. It's about time my wisdom teeth came out, but I've not noticed any pain in my gums at all. No soreness or any change whatsoever. What's causing these sudden headaches?

Cluster headaches. Maybe it's something you're eating? A food allergy? I used to get cluster headaches and migraines alot until I figured out that it was food and food additives and preservatives that were causing them.

I have a headache RIGHT NOW that won't go away because I don't have a job and the one I interviewed for and REALLY wanted I didn't get. So I said that to say that stress is a powerful thing. It can cause all types of problems, headaches, hairl loss, you name it. Stress could be what's bothering you. But if you feel that it's something else PLEASE see a doctor. Because I know someone who was having constant headaches. Turned out she had an aneurism! That's a very serious condition that could cause death. So if you don't think its stress and you can't de-stress the headache away, SEE A DOCTOR.

there isn't really enough info to really say. Your gums do not necessarily have to be sore to have pain from wisdom teeth. You could have a sinus problem.
There are also cluster headaches that are very severe and sudden. Like and ice cream headache only they don't go away as quickly.
Best advice, see a doctor.

It could be tension. Are you under a significant amount of stress? It could also be caffeine withdrawl if you recently stopped drinking coffee, sodas or teas that contain it. It could be cluster headaches, which are very painful and treatable. I had them once and they were awful. See a doctor.
