downloading music onto player?

I have an mp3/mp4 palyer and I want to download songs on it. I have songs from limewire to download onto it but i don't know how! i also have itunes and I can look at my limewire music in there, but using itunes (or not, depends on how you know how to do this) how can i download that music on to the player? (i do have a usb and know to hook that up to do it, but i need the steps you take to put the songs on the player once the usb is connected to the player and computer.)

Well it depends on your Mp3 player. Did it come with a software? If it did, you need to use that to transfer it, because without software, you wont be able to. And if it didnt come with any software, try this. After connecting the player to the computer, open it up using My Computer. And add the songs by putting them into folders within the mp3 player folder. :)
