No, Jesus was not crucified even though he did not have muscles like your Avatar. Romans decided to crucify him after the case instigated against him by the Jewish elders or rabbis. However, the Quran describes the situation such that Almighty God planned and created confusion among those who were responsible for the execution of the sentence and in this confusion another man, not innocent but deserving it, was substituted for Jesus, and Jesus was raised to heavens by the best of the planners, Almighty God to return later.
Is it beyond God to do do so, who can give human a brain to do wonderful thing with it but then He cannot suspend that ability for a little while as it happens with so many miracles? Surely He can do such things. It is in His power.

He went willingly knowing that it was the will of His Father and knowing his death would be payment for your sin and mine.
They may have had to use 2 nails instead of 1 though.

Jesus was a perfect man. That means he had perfect muscles too. He just decided to have lots of patience, but when some one was an angel turned human, you are definately not so weak.
