Flies? Upper Back (Rhomboids) if you contract when you pull back and Most def. your Chest. If you are feeling it in your shoulders then either the weight is too heavy or you need to make sure to keep your shoulders down and relaxed. Also, make sure your back is flat and you aren't arching.

uhmm use the stretch cords or do arm circlings. arm circles is like this advance ur hands basically as extreme as ur shoulders then circle it for 2 min do it 4 cases...we continuously try this options you, its harder than evidently
