a friend of mine told me that she found my bf on a couple of dating sites. I have a feeling that she is lying to me cuz she never even sent me the link anyways but the other day she did except i couldnt access it cuz my computer was having some technical difficulties....and i couldnt contact her again after that cuz she had left for vacation....is there like a database or something for these dating websites where they keep all the usernames and where i can perform a search? cuz i dnt really have the time to go to EVERY website and go thru millions of profiles looking for my bf...ya kno.... i just wana find out if its my friend thats lying to me or if my bf really is on dating sites cuz we just started dating so i dont fully trust him yet and i just want to find out for sure....thnx

use ur bfriend yahoo id mail and search by it for yahoo and it will show u all sites he is in by that id
but i think she is lying to u dont believe her
even if ur bfriend in this sites may be it was in old time before he know u
so calm down and dont give attention to her

It does sound fishy if your friend couldn't send you the link. Did she at least tell you what site? Some sites let you do a free search, or at least sign up for a free membership to search. I'd do that if you're really concerned. Enter in his zip, age (within a few years - he could be lying about things), and other basic info and see if you can find him.
Or, just ask him. Say your friend told you and you think it's ridiculous, but is he still looking to date other people or just you. You have a right to know!! If he doesn't answer or gives you the run-around...there's the answer right there.

When she comes back, ask her until you get an answer. If she doesn't give you one or can't send you a link; I wouldn't worry about it. Plus, you could ask him; Ex: "what do you think of this website, I have a friend who's thinking of joining" etc...that way no confrontation, and if she's stirring the pot a bit; you know to keep her at arms length. Knowledge is power and half the battle.

Well it's all up to you. Who do you trust more? Your friend or your b/f? It kinda sounds like your friend is having fun looking at how clueless you are. If she was really gonna show you and if she was a good friend she would give up all the information not half. Sounds like if you don't trust your b/f the person you really shouldn't trust right now is your friend. Mybe hes on dontdatehimgirl.com or type his name into myspace.com on the search

maybe you are being paranoid and he used these sites before he met you. Even if he is on one of these sites who is to say that he is still using it. I think you should be a bigger person and ask him if he uses any dating sites instead of trying to find out for yourself. Besides people rarely use there real name just like on this site.

I think your friend is lying because she can send to you from that link she found... now she saying that it didn't work and all the crap she saying. I am not believing her and I would asked your boyfriend and find out and if he face becomes red so fast you knew he lying not telling the truth if he face not changing color red then you knew he honest. that will be the best result... smiling.

They all have search engines with extensive criteria. On match.com and others you can even put in a precise zip code. You can search age, location, hair color, eyes, etc. It would be pretty easy to find him unless he's lying in his profiles.

Well if you just started dating then is it possable that he was on them before you started but your friend is only now seeing them. And like you said, there are thousands of profiles, how did your friend find him so easy?

Just ask him to get over with it. Doing behind his back might ignite him to really date with someone else. It's OK if you don't trust him yet, but until you have a prove. He still innocent to you.

first, there is no central database. second, it soulnds fishy since she couldn't or wouldn't send you the links. third, it may be old ads he placed before you two hooked up since those things almost never go away. fourth, just ask him.
