A few days ago i was nauseous for 2 days. Then i was ok for three days. Yesterday i woke up nauseous, very bad sore throat, headache, congested, achey, fever. Today i have all of those same symptoms PLUS my right leg is tingly. I dont know whats going on.

i would go to the doctor but i don't have money and my health insurance has a HIGH deductble. I was hoping (some odd chance) an actual doctor uses this thing.

Could be the common cold. Could be flu. Could be allergies. Tingly leg is probably poor circulation from sleeping on it or putting too much weight on it while sitting or laying down. SEE A DOCTOR.

First. GO to the doctor. It sounds like you may have the flu. Sometimes it can come for about 24-48 hours then come back with a vengence later. However, it could be something more serious like a clot or other problems. Hope you feel better.

Nausea with no other symptoms could be any number of things....ie: food poisoning, upset stomach. The second set of symptoms sounds like classic flu. I don't know why that would cause tingling in your leg though. Best advice is go see your doctor, you may have more than more thing going on.

You say money is an issue, your health is a bigger issue. See the doctor and worry about the money later.
However as others have said, sounds like the flu and you could have low blood pressure.

Maybe flu, but get to the doctor because there is something you can get to lessen the affects if it is the flu.
