Would I have to contact each credit bureau or one and then the others report it to each other???

The credit bureau updates your address based on submissions from creditors and from public records. Not every creditor reports to all the bureaus and they generally don't share information. You could contact each credit bureau and ask about correcting the address yourself. From the link below, you can find links to each of the major US credit bureaus. You can also obtain a FREE copy of each report once a year at the same site.
What kind of alert is on your credit report? It can only be removed by whoever put it on. You should ask the credit bureau for more information about the alert.

YOur address gets updated with new submissions.

THe company that issued the alert is the only one that can remove it. The agencies do not edit your credit report for you, just report what is there.
