I am 22 and altho Im not overweight I want to lose a little bit off the thighs. I exercise regularly but I have no idea when it comes to food! Is it best to choose foods that are lowest in carbs, kilojoules or fat?

You just need to watch calories. Eat less than 1200-1500 calories per day and you will lose weight.
