I eat quite well, but you can always improve. I dont want to lose weight, well i lye i do but not through cutting out food. what is the perfect diet? that is quie simple and not to expensive? any one got any week plans of food or good websites?

evrybody is different but for me the perfect diet is cereal and fuit for brekka. cereal or sushi or sandwich and fruit for dinner. and meat and lots of veg for tea. always try and have as much veg as u can i somtimes put frozen peas and baby corn on cob in pan with red pepper, onion, garlic, ginger and mushrooms and add soy sauce and its so nice and healthy and hardly and calories but all the right nutrients

there are thousands of diets.....but not all will help. I guess you just need to find what is will work for you. If you have high cholesterol there are lots of food that you need to avoid....I would talk to a nutritionist or your doctor they know the body best. cb

the perfectly balanced diet is one cream cake in one hand and one cream cake in another....

seriously... lots of fruit veg, low fat protein, carbs
and wel basically avoid high fat and sugary foods. look at labels and try to go for natural foodstuffs!
