Citibank is one that has easy regulations to allow for first time borrowers. They let my ex-husband who has terrible credit, get a card. I also have heard that Capital One is pretty lenient.
Just be aware, you'll be paying outrageous interest charges on any card that is issued to a poor credit risk.
Try them.

Here is a link to a site that has offers from several different companies. As other posters have mentioned, Orchard Bank is one of the largest. I had credit problems several years ago, and used an Orchard account to help reestablish my credit. I had no complaints about them - in fact, I still have that credit card.

Your kidding, right? Geez man... everytime you visit Yahoo or Yahoo mail there is a banner or link for Orchard Bank who provides credit as you are asking about. Not to mention the zillion emails you get about it. Anyway... try Orchard Bank or Google them and select similar pages. Be careful... usually insane interest rates, yearly fees, etc. Also... you don't need to have "perfect" credit to get a regular credit card. So if you have decent credit try the big boys if yours sucks try the above.
