In my experience, guys usually think about it in terms of quantity. For example, I'll say, "Our sex life is great. We have sex about four nights a week."

Women tend to think of it more in terms of connection. When the two partners are emotionally in sync, then the sex is good. Eye contact, communication and mood-setting are all important things to consider here.

Of course, I'm speaking in generalities. I, too, sometimes crave the emotional connection of sex more than I do the sex itself. I think when you can remember that sex is more than just an orgasm, you're on your way to having a healthy sex life.
