I was wondering if i could claim my brother and sister in law as kids cuz they are both age before 15 and I watch them all the time and pay the school tuiton sometimes and the parents can't claim them cuz they dont do taxes so i was wondering if i could they kids eat and stuff here 5 days out of the week any problems do u think i could claim them

Did they live with you all year? Or if you're filing joint with your spouse and these kids are your spouse's brother and sister, did they live with you for over half the year? From yor question, doesn't sound like it, so no you can't claim them.

yes you can if no one else claims them...thats what im doing with my little brother i help my mom with him.... you know all the expenses and im claiming him.......
